The Magna United Youth Coalition is a youth-led organization with in the community that focuses on substance use prevention, mental health awareness, and youth advocacy.
Youth members have the opportunity to cultivate robust leadership abilities, gain valuable experience in community service and outreach, and acquire the skills necessary to prepare for college and future careers.

Involving Youth In Community Initiatives
We invite any 7th-12th grade student who lives in Magna or attends a school in Magna to join Magna United’s Youth Coalition!
At monthly meetings, youth choose projects related to topics of their choice such as substance use prevention, homelessness, and mental health awareness. Adult advisors teach topics ranging from scholarship application tips to how to speak to legislator, while modeling important life skills.
Members of the Magna United Youth Coalition have multiple opportunities to attend both in state and out of state youth leadership conferences with the youth coalition advisory council.
