families, reducing youth risk factors, building protective factors, and fostering positive opportunities for youth and families.

Mission Statement

Magna United Communities that Care is committed to fostering emotional,
social, and educational growth by connecting youth, parents, and families with the resources and services they need to thrive, promoting lasting stability, safety, and security within Magna City.

Community Initiatives

There is an opportunity for everyone to contribute in enhancing the quality of life within our community.

Safety and Success

Our Magna United Safety and Success group works to reduce crime in Magna’s young adult population through restorative justice programming such as the Magna Kearns Youth Court.

Youth Coalition

Magna United Youth Coalition is for middle school and high school students who live or go to school in Magna. We equip youth with the skills and tools they need in order to make real community change.

Resources

Our resources page includes helpful information about substance use prevention and other factors that encourage healthy behaviors. You can also find a variety of programs and services local to Magna or Salt Lake County, such as Salt Lake County Youth Services, programs for youth at the Magna Library, and much more!

Events

We host and sponsor many events throughout Magna!

From Drug Take Back Day, Trick or Treat on Main Street, Magna Community Connection Night, Health & Safety Fair, to Cyprus Unites, and Santa Stroll.

Magna in Motion

Magna in Motion operates as a subgroup within the Magna United CTC Coalition, offering a range of resources, information, and inspiration to promote a healthy community in Magna.
